- Centre: your cards in the centre piles, 1 point each. Nertz: cards left in your Nertz pile, minus 2 each.
- Score = Centre − 2 × Nertz. A hand can score below zero.
- First to 100 wins. If more than one player reaches 100 in the same hand, the highest total wins.
