- Maki: most rolls 6, second most 3. Tempura 5 a pair. Sashimi 10 for three. Dumplings 1, 3, 6, 10, 15.
- Nigiri: egg 1, salmon 2, squid 3, tripled on wasabi. Wasabi and chopsticks score nothing themselves.
- After round 3, most puddings 6, fewest −6, ties split and rounded down. With 2 players, nobody loses points for puddings. A tie for the win goes to the most puddings.
